A true Texan at heart, Juliana Peyravy has been an active resident in the Tulsa community for over a decade. Growing up she always had family in the restaurant business but had never branched into her own. In 2008 the opportunity arose and she changed her life completely when she invested in More Than Noodles. Keeping the restaurant homely she welcomes guests with a friendly smile, a warm enchantment and Gelato samples. She swears by the raspberry iced tea and if you ask her what to get she will laugh and say, “I eat Alfredo with chicken everyday!” Her mission is that More Than Noodles, is exactly that... more than noodles.

Since before the beginning, Rebekah Peyravy has been happily serving her guests. Growing up in the restaurant business she has always been passionate about the food industry.  Her favorite thing is developing new dishes for others to enjoy! She welcomes guests of noodles with an outgoing bubbly personality that is sure to make you smile. Although she is grown, as she works her parents still see their little girl playing “store”. She will recommend everything saying, “It's all amazing, just depends on what you're hungry for... I'm partial to everything!” Her mission is the same of her mother's with her friendly service, healthy fresh food, great ambiance and a sincere appeal she hopes that it is 'more than noodles'.
